The Swamp

Had an afternoon to myself recently and went shooting near a protected waterway. I’ll post more from the afternoon soon.

New iPhone Friendly Mobile Edition of BM|P

I just enabled a new iPhone friendly mobile edition of the site. So, for you iPhone users out there, you’ll get something like what’s shown below the next time you visit. Of course, you can always revert back to the original version. Just look for the link at the bottom of the page.

Snoqualmie Falls Panorama

I finally got around to stitching together the 20 or so shots I took at Snoqualmie Falls. This was my first attempt using Photoshop Elements for Mac. I think it turned out rather well. I’m posting three different versions because I couldn’t decide which I liked best.

Gravatars

I’ve enabled Gravatars on the BM|P web site. Just the moment you’ve been waiting for, I know. Now, you really have no excuse not to leave a comment or two.

What’s a Gravatar, you say?

“Your Gravatar is an image that follows you from site to site appearing beside your name when you do things like comment or post on a blog.” Kind of like your Facebook profile pic.

You can see how it works as an example within the comments of the latest BM|P post on Tate Farms.

So, go ahead and sign up. It’s free and only takes a minute.

Tate Farms

While making our annual pilgrimage to Tate Farms this October for some pumpkin pickin’, I managed to snap a couple of cool detail shots of the old fire engine they had out front.
