Here are a bunch of my favorite photos from a wedding that I shot back in July. Enjoy!
2010 was a great year for BM|P!
2010 was an awesome and groundbreaking year for Brian Mitchell | Photography. And, it couldn’t have happened without you, my wonderful clients! In fact, in 2010, I had 12 separate clients and 18 different sessions ranging from corporations to families, from pregnant moms to newborns, and from engaged couples to brides.
I’m definitely looking forward to 2011. I’ve already got a few weddings booked and hopefully lots of family portraits and corporate shoots will be coming too! I’ve also got some great plans for BM|P next year including mini-sessions, new print offerings, and a completely re-vamped web site.
Stay in touch and be sure to book your next session early.
QinetiQ 2010 Holiday Party
I had a great time again this year shooting the QinetiQ holiday party at the Space and Rocket Center’s Davidson Center. 2010 makes the third year they’ve had me back to shoot the party and it gets better every year. Emily and Brandy put a lot of effort into making it an amazing party and it shows. Shown below are a few of my favorites from the night. I’m already looking forward to next year.

Jeana and Melissa
I had the opportunity just before it turned too cold to shoot some portraits of Melissa and her Mom Jeana. Melissa wanted to have some photos she could could compare to her senior portraits in few years. We had a great time in downtown Huntsville on one of the last beautiful days of Fall. I’ll be looking forward to shooting those senior portraits in a couple of years!
Fall Family Portraits
We had a perfect fall Sunday afternoon a few weeks ago and were able to take some great updated family portraits of Justin, Brandy, and Anabel.
Kelly and Chris
I had a great time with Kelly, Chris, and their dog Luther a few weeks ago making their engagement portraits in downtown Huntsville. Congratulations guys! I’m looking forward to shooting your wedding next July!
Christy and Todd
Christy and Todd couldn’t even remember the last time they had family portraits taken (something about a cruise ship in the ’90s). I’m glad I could help out and stop the cycle of cruise ship family portraits. Maybe next time they won’t wait 15 years for new ones!
QinetiQ Trunk-or-Treat
The good folks at QinetiQ had me back out for their Trunk-or-Treat party last week. All of the kids were dressed up in their best costumes while eating lots of candy. Here are just a few of the photos and some of the great costumes from the event.

Michael’s Senior Portraits
A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to shoot Michael’s senior portraits just prior to the Sparkman vs. Florence football game. Next stop for Michael is Alabama’s Million Dollar Band! Congratulations!
Fall is Photography Season
Sorry about the lack of updates everyone, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been shooting. In fact, I’ve been shooting like crazy lately. From seniors, to brides, to newborns, to engaged couples, to families, I’ve had a ton of sessions lately. I’ve got a lot of editing to do and will be posting updates as I go. In fact, here’s a teaser from a senior portrait session a few weeks ago. I should have the rest up from that session shortly.
